Capabilities

Six sovereign-AI patterns we ship.

FedRAMP High by default

All Microsoft GenAI services authorized at FedRAMP High (Dec 2025). Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and M365 Copilot for Government — same API surface, sovereign boundary.

DoD Impact Levels 4–6

Azure OpenAI authorized for IL4, IL5, and IL6 (Sep 2024 / 2025 expansions). Suitable for CUI, mission-critical, and classified workloads.

GCC High for the DIB

Microsoft 365 GCC High GA. CMMC 2.0 Level 2 ready, DFARS 252.204-7012 aligned. Migration, M365 Copilot enablement, and Foundry agents in the sovereign tenant.

Foundry Local + Azure Local Disconnected

Large multimodal models on local NVIDIA GPU hardware, fully air-gapped. Same Foundry APIs, same Microsoft Agent Framework, zero cloud dependency.

Microsoft Sovereign Private Cloud

Azure Local + M365 Local + Foundry Local unified for fully detached operation — for jurisdictions, agencies, or contractors that cannot touch a public cloud.

ATO-package design

Reference architectures mapped to NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171 Rev 3, DFARS 252.204-7012, CJIS, IRS Pub 1075. We design to make your ATO package writable.

Frameworks

Compliance frameworks we design to.

Reference architectures mapped to the controls regulators, accreditors, and auditors actually ask for.
  • FedRAMP Moderate / High / Tailored (LI-SaaS)
  • DoD Cloud SRG IL2 / IL4 / IL5 / IL6
  • CMMC 2.0 Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3
  • NIST 800-171 Rev 3 · NIST 800-53
  • DFARS 252.204-7012 / 7019 / 7020 / 7021
  • ITAR · EAR (export-controlled workloads)
  • IRS Pub 1075 (state/local tax data)
  • CJIS · HIPAA HITRUST
  • FY2026 NDAA Sections 1512/1513 (DoD AI security)
The Florida lens

From Brevard County to MacDill.

Florida is a prime market: aerospace and defense suppliers cluster around Cape Canaveral, MacDill, and Eglin — L3Harris in Melbourne, Lockheed in Orlando, Northrop, Raytheon. Add NSA Pensacola, AFTAC, and Coast Guard 7th District. Our Tampa Bay base puts us hours from your facilities, in your time zone, and inside the regulatory environment.
Who we serve

Workloads that need sovereign posture.

  • Aerospace & Defense suppliers — L3Harris, Lockheed, Collins, Northrop, RTX (Cape Canaveral / MacDill / Eglin clusters)
  • Federal civilian agencies running on FedRAMP authorized boundaries
  • State & local government — citizen-service agents, permitting, benefits triage
  • Insurance carriers handling CJIS / IRS-1075 / HIPAA HITRUST data
  • Healthcare systems with stricter posture than commercial-cloud HIPAA
  • Manufacturers running CUI / ITAR workloads alongside commercial operations
Microsoft credentials

Specializations we pursue.

The Microsoft Solutions Partner specializations that map directly to sovereign-AI delivery — pursued or earned.

Digital Sovereignty

Microsoft's specialization for sovereign cloud expertise — launched early 2026, the badge for this space.

AI Apps on Microsoft Azure

Specialization for delivering production AI on Azure — the foundation for agentic engagements.

Microsoft Copilot

Specialization for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment, governance, and adoption.

Data Security

Specialization for Microsoft Purview, Entra, and Defender deployments — the controls layer behind sovereign AI.

FAQ

Common compliance questions.

Can you actually run Microsoft Foundry agents in GCC High?
Yes. Foundry Agent Service is in Azure Government, and Microsoft Agent Framework is supported. Industry analysts forecast first FedRAMP High authorizations for agentic AI mid-2026 — we're positioned to deliver on day one.
What about classified or fully disconnected environments?
Foundry Local on Azure Local Disconnected (GA Feb 2026) runs large multimodal models air-gapped on local NVIDIA GPU hardware — same Foundry APIs, no cloud dependency. We design hybrid architectures where appropriate (commercial cloud for non-CUI workloads, sovereign for CUI/ITAR).
What's your CMMC posture?
We help mid-market suppliers prepare for CMMC 2.0 Level 2 third-party certification (Phase 2 starts Nov 2026). Typical engagement: GCC High migration, M365 Copilot deployment in the sovereign tenant, and Foundry agents that respect ITAR / EAR / NDAA AI requirements. We coordinate with your C3PAO; we don't replace them.
Are you a prime or sub on federal contracts?
We work as both. For first 18-24 months of federal engagement, we typically sub-prime to existing primes (Summit 7, Planet, Florida-local 8(a)) to accelerate CUI-handling references. As engagements mature, we move to prime where appropriate.
How does pricing compare to Big-4 federal consultancies?
Loaded labor rates: $225–$500/hr depending on clearance and labor category. A typical fixed-price discovery / Foundry-on-Gov pilot runs $75K–$200K; CMMC L2 + GCC High migration packages $150K–$500K; multi-year sovereign-AI agent builds $500K–$3M. We sit between the Big-4 and the federal-specific boutiques on pricing — and outprice them on Microsoft AI depth.
